• set_pixel_line_3d lets you define the pixel spacing (between two adjacent image
points on a line) by a 3D vector.
• set_pixel_line_3d additionally requires two list-memory positions, if parameter dZ is
non-zero. The initial component executes as a short list command before the principal
part (a normal list command). Any still-pending delayed short list command gets
executed first.
• In other respects, set_pixel_line_3d behaves similarly to
there).
