Clock Output Configuration and Activation Registers

The Clock Output Configuration Register (COCR) selects the output clock and controls
the clock divider. The COCR0 register controls the CKOT0/CKOTX0 output clock and the
COCR1 register controls the CKOT1/CKOTX1 output clock.
The Clock Output Activation Register (COAR) enables the CKOT0, CKOTX0, CKOT1 and
CKOTX1 output pins and synchronously starts and stops the selected clocks.
