Command Syntax
:MTESt:AMASk:UNITs <units>
<units> ::= {CURRent | DIVisions}
The :MTESt:AMASk:UNITs command alters the way the mask test
subsystem interprets the tolerance parameters for automasking as defined
by :MTESt:AMASk:XDELta and :MTESt:AMASk:YDELta commands.
