The :TRIGger:DELay:ARM:SOURce and :TRIGger:DELay:TRIGger:SOURce
commands are used to specify the source channel for the arming edge and
the trigger edge in the Edge Then Edge trigger.
If an analog channel is selected as a source, the :TRIGger:EDGE:LEVel
command is used to set the trigger level.
If a digital channel is selected as the source, the :DIGital<n>:THReshold or
:POD<n>:THReshold command is used to set the trigger level.
