Updates the parameters for the specified ELAN in the LECS database (see
Table 42 for a description of the ELAN parameters that can be updated).
After you use this command to update the parameters of an ELAN in the
LECS database, you must use LMA to update the parameters of the ELAN
in the LES database in exactly the same way (see "Update ELAN
Parameters in LES Database" on page 326 ).
