Updates the timer resolution of the CoreBuilder 7000 family ATM switch.
The default timer resolution is 500 msec (0.5 secs), the minimum timer
resolution is 100 msec, and there is no upper limit. For more
information,see "Display Protocol Timer Resolution" on page 210, and
"Timer Resolution" on page 113 in the Operations Guide.
This command causes the new timer resolution to be activated in the
current session.
The new value of timer resolution is not stored in flash until the Save
Protocol Timer Resolution command described in the next section is
performed.
