Enables or disables the LECS-based LANE redundancy facility in the
CoreBuilder 7000 family ATM switch. When it is disabled, you can use the
NMS-based LANE redundancy facility provided with previous software
versions. For more information, see "Redundant LANE Services" on page
154 in the Operations Guide.
