Example
The example below shows the results of auto-configuration of the NNI
version between the local switch and a peer switch. Initially, port 3.3 of
the local switch is configured to EIISP and the adjacent port, 4.3, of the
peer switch is configured to PNNI version 1.0. The result of the
auto-configuration is that the local switch is reconfigured to the lowest
common value: EIISP.
PNNI is available in version 4.5 extended only.

The auto-configuration results at port 4.3 of the peer switch are displayed
as follows. It shows that the peer switch is configured to PNNIV1.0. (local
value) and the local switch (remote value) is configured to EIISP. The result
of the auto-configuration is that the peer switch is reconfigured to EIISP.
