Create UBR PVC —
Quick Setup
Sets up UBR PVC call using the default for parameters not explicitly set.
Default values for Cell Loss Level, Priority, and Cell Loss Priority are used
(see Table 28). The same limits as full PVC call setup apply. For more
information, see "Permanent Virtual Channels" on page 100 in the
Operations Guide.
