The following command performs a basic setup procedure of the switch.
Performs a basic setup procedure which configures a minimal set of
parameters on the CoreBuilder 7000 family ATM switch.
See "Integrated Fast Setup" on page 56 in the Installation Guide for a
detailed description of the fast setup procedure.
