Description
The sum of the sustained rates of the existing
connections.
The amount of bandwidth that has been
allocated to existing connections by the CAC.
The maximum usable cell rate in the switch.
A relative measure of the cell rate margin
normalized by the variance of the aggregate
rate.
A measure of effective bandwidth available
for a new connection.
