Update ELAN
Response Policy

MULATION ERVERS
Updates the response policy for an ELAN: direct VCC, or distributed
connection. The new response policy takes effect immediately. Note that
this is a global setting for all the clients in that ELAN. The factory default
value is direct connection. See Table 49 for the possible response policies.
