10 8xxx Server certificate The server certificate
2029 verify error verification error occurred.
11 8xxx Server certificate • The route certificate
2046 expired registered with the device
has expired.
• Certificate other than
that initially registered
in the user's operating
environment is being used,
but has not been registered
with the device.
• The device time and date
is outside of the certificated
period.
12 8xxx Unknown error Some other kind of
2000 communication error has
occurred.
13 8xxx SOAP Fault SOAP communication error
2063 has occurred.
14 8xxx Server response Communication with UGW
2004 error (NULL) has been successful, but
an error of some sort has
prevented UGW from
responding.
When (Null) is displayed
at the end of the message,
this indicates that there has
been an error in the HTTPS
communication method.
15 8xxx Server Communication with UGW
2004 response error has been successful, but
([Hexadecimal]) an error of some sort has
[Error detailed in prevented UGW from
the UGW] *1 responding.
16 8xxx Device internal An internal error, such as
0101 - error memory unavailable, etc.,
0A01 has occurred during a device
internal error phase.

Remedy
Check that the value of URL of
UGW (RGW-ADR) is https://a01.
ugwdevice.net/ugw/agentif010.
Check that the device time and date
are correctly set.
If the device time and date are
correct, upgrade to the latest system
software.
Try again after a period of time.
If the error persists, check the UGW
status with the UGW administrator.
Check that the value of port number
of UGW (RGW-PORT) is 443.
Try again after a period of time.
If the error persists, check the UGW
status with the UGW administrator.
Try again after a period of time.
Check detailed error code
(hexadecimal) from UGW displayed
after the message.
Turn the device OFF/ ON.
Or replace the device system

If this error occurs when the
communication test is being run or
Service Browser is being set, try
again after a period of time.
