Clean the feeder
To clean the feeder of the Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C351iF, follow these steps:
1. Press (Settings/Registration) on the control panel.
2. Select [Adjustment/Maintenance] → [Maintenance] → [Clean Feeder].
3. Place 10 sheets of blank A4 paper into the feeder.
4. Press [Start] to begin the cleaning process.
The cleaning process takes approximately 30 seconds. Ensure the paper stack is fanned well before loading. Feeder cleaning cannot be performed while printing. To cancel cleaning, press [Cancel]. After cleaning, try scanning again.
