SERVice:SENSor[1]|2:CALFactor <cal_factor_data>
This command writes calibration factor data to, or reads calibration factor
data from, the currently connected sensor. The whole calibration factor
block must be written at once as a checksum is generated. The new block
must not be larger than the existing block.
This command applies to the following sensors:
• E4410 Series.
• N8480 Series (excluding Option CFT)
• E9300 Series.
• E9320 Series, average path data.
For E9320 Series sensors, peak path, refer to
SERVice:SENSor[1]|2:PCALFactor <cal_factor_data>.
