:ENABle <NRf>|<non-decimal numeric>
This command sets the Enable Register of the particular SCPI Register
Set you require to control. The parameter value, when rounded to an
integer and expressed in base 2 has it's first 15 bits written into the
Enable Register of the SCPI Register Set concerned. The last bit (bit 15) is
always set to 0.
