Allows you to change the multiplex

section-shared protection ring (MS-SPRing)
extension byte.
PJVC4Mon #
Sets the VC4 that will be used for pointer
justification. If set to 0, no VC4 is monitored.
Only one VC4 can be monitored on each STM-N
port.
