Triple 8-bit Red, Green, and Blue Look-Up-Table (LUT)
data is written to and read from these LUT locations. The
position in the LUT where the RGB data is read/written is
determined by the word address value ADR[9:2]. When
the LUT is in the video pipeline, pixel data [23:0] is output
from LUT word location ADR[9:2].
