Port D

8.9.1

Overview

Port D is an 8-bit I/O port. Port D has a data bus I/O function, and the pin functions change
according to the operating mode.
Port D has a built-in MOS input pull-up function that can be controlled by software.
Figure 8-17 shows the port D pin configuration.
