Command Reference Guide
bridge-group <group#> bpduguard [enable | disable]
Use the bridge-group bpduguard command to block BPDUs from being received on this interface. To
return to the default value, use the no form of this command.
Syntax Description
<group#>
enable
disable
Default Values
By default, this command is set to disable.
Applicable Platforms
This command applies to the NetVanta 5000 Series units.

Usage Examples
The following example enables the BPDU guard on the interface:
(config)#interface ppp 1
(config-ppp 1)#bridge-group 1 bpduguard enable

Assigns a bridge group number (range: 1 to 255).
Enables the BPDU block.
Disables the BPDU block.
