If not specified, the above parameters are set as follows:
Number of times that the IPX ping packet request is sent: 5 times.
Timeout for the IPX ping reply packet: 2s.
The size of the IPX ping request packet: 100 bytes.
The ping ipx command can be used to test if the IPX network is faulty. The output
includes:
Reply to each IPX ping packet request from the destination. If no reply is
received within the timeout limit, then "!" is output, otherwise "." is shown.
Final statistics, including the number of packets sent, the number of reply
packets received, the percentage of packets unanswered, the minimum, the
maximum and the average value.
