Parameter
passive: Passive compression mode will be used on the interface. By default, active
header compression.
Description
Using the fr compression vj command, you can enable the VJ compression of TCP/IP
packet header. Using the undo fr compression vj command, you can disable the VJ
compression of TCP/IP packet header.
Only when the Frame Relay datagram format is nonstandard can TCP/IP header
compression be enabled. TCP/IP header compression can either be specified on an
interface or be specified when configuring the static mapping.

# Configure interface Serial 0 to use the passive TCP/IP header compression.

6.1.23 fr congestion-threshold

Syntax
fr congestion-threshold { de | ecn } queue-percentage
undo fr congestion-threshold { de | ecn }

Parameter
de: Discard the Frame Relay packets that are marked with DE bit if congestion occurs.
ecn: Process the BECN and FECN bits in the Frame Relay packets if congestion
occurs.
queue-percentage: Network congestion threshold that is the utilization rate of interface
queue. It is the percentage that the current interface queueing length occupies the total
queueing length, ranging from 0 to 100. The default value is 100.
