priority: Priority of the standby logic channel, ranging 0 to 255, being 0 by default. The
greater the value is, the higher the priority is.
Description
Using the standby logic-channel command, you can configure a certain logic
channel as a standby interface. Using the undo standby logic-channel command,
you can cancel the specified standby interface.
By default, no standby interface is specified.
The logic channel is an X.25 virtual channel, frame relay virtual circuit or Dialer Route.
Before a standby logic channel is specified for a main interface, it is necessary to
match this logic channel number to the specific virtual circuit or Dialer Route.

times: Number of calls, ranging 0 to 65535, being 0 by default.
Description
Using the standby state-down command, you can configure the number of calls
used to detect whether the logic channel is down. Using the undo standby
state-down command, you can cancel the existing setting.
If the logic channel continuously originates a number of calls (numbered times) and
always fails, the state of logic channel is considered to be down. In this case, if the
