Parameter
acl-number: Define the access list number used to filter the destination addresses in
the routing information,
prefix-list-name: Prefix list name for filtering the destination address of routing
information.
protocol: Specify a routing process which releases the routing information. By far, the
available protocols include direct, static, rip, ospf, ospf-ase and bgp.
Description
Using the filter-policy export command, you can configure the filtering of exported
routing information. Using the undo filter-policy export command, you can cancel
the filtering of exported routing information.
By default, the function is disabled.
A policy rule is defined to filter the disqualified routing information during distribution of
routes through the use of an ACL or address prefix list. You can specify protocol so as
to filter distributed routing information of protocol.
Under certain circumstances, it may require to advise matched routing information
only to prevent the neighboring router from learning certain routes. In that context,
you may define a filter-policy for the routing protocol, so as to implement the function
through introducing address prefix list or ACL.
For related commands, see filter-policy import.
Example
# Define RIP routing information (out) filter rules, whereby only the routing information
passing prefix list 1 can be accepted by RIP.
