2.4.3 reverse-telnet disconnect

Description
Using the reverse-telnet disconnect command, you can disconnect the Reverse
Telnet on the interface.
If you exit Reverse Telnet abnormally, the administrator user can use this command to
delete the Reverse Telnet connection on the interface. This command is used on
serial interface (in async mode), async interface and AUX interface. Flow mode is
configured on the current interface before this command is configured.
