When the interface is work in DTE mode, it does not respond to the status enquiry from
the network side.
The argument bi-direction is used to set an interface in Frame Relay DTE to make
response to the status enquiry from the network side. However, it does not really enable
the procedure at Frame Relay network side, and this argument will insert no influence
on the Frame Relay DCE interface. Normally, there is no need to set bi-direction for
the Frame Relay DTE interface. This attribute is only necessary for ensuring normal
operation of the Frame Relay DTE interface in the case of interoperating with some
routers that require bi-directional LMI support.

ip | ipx: Frame Relay supported network protocol.
protocol-address: Destination protocol address.
dlci dlci: DLCI number.
broadcast: broadcast is supported.
nonstandard: Frame Relay datagram format is non standard.
ietf: Frame Relay datagram format adopts the IETF standard.
logic-channel channel_number: Indicate where the logical channel the interface is
attached.
nocompress: Prohibit the interface to use the TCP/IP header compression
compression vj: header compression is used
compression frf9: Enable Frame Relay payload compression, which can be
implemented through FRF.9.
