Description
Using the ospf network-type command, you can configure the OSPF network type at
the interface. Using the undo ospf network-type command, you can restore the
default network type.
When the user has set a new network type at the interface, the original network type
at the interface will be canceled automatically.

# Set the interface Serial 0 to be NBMA.
[3Com-Serial0] ospf network-type nbma

ospf peer ip-address [ eligible ]

Parameter
ip-address: IP address for neighboring router at NBMA, point-to-point and
point-to-multipoint interfaces, in the dotted decimal format.
eligible: indicates the peer process the priority to select DR.
Description
Using the ospf peer command, you can configure the IP address of the neighboring
router. Using the undo ospf peer command is to cancel the IP address setting for the
neighboring router.
By default, no IP address is set for any opposite router.
For the NBMA network, such the X.25 or FR network that do not support broadcast,
some special configurations are required. As the interface cannot discover the
neighboring router through broadcasting the Hello packets, we have to specify the IP
address of the neighboring router and whether the router is eligible for election for it
