3Com Router Command Reference Guide — V1.00
Parameter
from-telnet: Processes the data from the Telnet end.
from-dumb: Processes the data from the terminal end.
Description
Using the reverse-telnet return-deal command, you can configure Reverse Telnet on
the interface to process returns in the data received. For example, if data received is
"0x0d 0x0a", Reverse Telnet will delete the characters "0x0a". Using the undo
reverse-telnet return-deal command, you can restore the default data processing
method of Reverse Telnet, that is, restore the fully transparent transmission of all the
received data.
By default, the interface adopts the transparent transmission mode in the system.
