Syntax
reset bgp dampening [ network-address [ mask ] ]

Parameter
network-address: The IP address of the network whose dampening information is to
be deleted.
mask: Network mask.
Description
Using the reset bgp dampening command, you can reset the information on the
route flapping dampening and release the suppression on the suppressed routes.
For related commands, see dampening, display bgp routing-table dampened.
Example
# Delete the route attenuation information of the route going to network 20.1.0.0, and
release suppression for the suppressed route.
[3Com] reset bgp dampening 20.1.0.0 255.255.0.0
