3Com Router Command Reference Guide — V1.00
In some circumstances, the routing protocol may overlook some routing information
received. You can define filter-policy, and filter routing information by the use of the
address prefix list or access list.
You can specify an address prefix list through the key word gateway to filter the
addresses of routers advertising routing information so as to receive only the update
packets from a specified peer router.
For related commands, see filter-policy export.
Example
# Define the RIP routing information (in) filter rule, whereby only routing information
filtered through the prefix list 1 will be accepted by RIP.
[3Com-rip] filter-policy ip-prefix p1 import

5.1.12 if-match as-path

Syntax
if-match as-path aspath-list-number
undo if-match as-path

Parameter
aspath-list-number: Autonomous system path access list, ranging from 1 to 199.
Description
Using the if-match as-path command, you can configure a BGP AS path list to be
used by route-policy. Using the undo if-match as-path command, you can cancel a
matching BGP AS path list.
By default, no path list is defined.
Example
# Define a BGP AS address list for the route policy.
[3Com] ip as-path acl 2 permit 200:300
[3Com] route-policy test permit 10
[3Com-route-policy] if-match as-path 2
