Parameter
user: FTP username.
directory: Directory accessible to user.
Description
Using the local-user ftp-directory command, you can configure the FTP user
database for authentication. Using the undo local-user ftp-directory command, you
can cancel the setting.
By default, no FTP user to access the directory is configured.
The command is reserved temporarily future extension.

Syntax
local-user user [ password { simple | cipher } password ]

user: Username, ranging 1 to 32 characters.
password: User password for authentication, ranging 1 to 16, characters or figures.
simple: Password displayed in plain text.
cipher: Password displayed in ciphered text.
