Generally, the router will reply with the service information on the nearest server. But
if the nearest server is the local server, the route will not reply the GNS request from
this network segment.
Example
# Disable reply to IPX GNS request at Ethernet0.

Description
Using the ipx sap gns-load-balance command, you can enable all the servers to
reply to the IPX GNS request packet in turn. Using the undo ipx sap
gns-load-balance command, you can enable the nearest server to reply to the IPX
GNS request packet.
By default, the most recently learned eligible server is used
The router has two mode to replay to the IPX GNS request packet: making all the
servers to reply to the IPX GNS request packet in turn, or making the nearest server
to reply to the IPX GNS request packet.

# Enable ipx sap gns-load-balance.
