hello-timer seconds: Interval that router sends hello packet, the default value is 10
seconds.
retransmit-timer seconds: Interval that router retransmits LSA packets, the default
value is 5 seconds.
transit-delay seconds: Delay time that router sends LSA packets, the default value is
1 second.
dead-timer seconds: The failure time of the neighboring router.
Description
Using the vlink command, you can create and configure an OSPF virtual link. Using
the undo vlink command, you can cancel an existing OSPF virtual link.
By default, no virtual link is defined and no router ID is defined.
Note that: if an AS is divided into more than one area, then one of them must be a
backbone area; the backbone area and the other areas must be connected directly or
logically, and the backbone area must be connected itself.
Example
# Configure a virtual link to 10.1.1.4 through transit area 2
[3Com-ospf] vlink peer-id 10.1.1.4 transit-area 2
