You can use this command repeatedly to add new rules to a DE rule list. Each DE rule
list can contain up to 100 rules. The undo form of this command can delete only one
DE rule each time. To delete a DE rule list, you must delete all the DE rules in the list.

Example
# Add a rule to DE rule list 1, and sets the DE flag bit of all the Frame Relay packets
transmitted from the interface Serial 0 to 1.

Syntax
fr del list-number protocol protocol [ characteristic ]
undo fr del list-number protocol protocol [ characteristic ]

Parameter
list-number: DE rule list number, ranging from 1 to 16.
protocol: Protocol name. By far, only IP is supported.
characteristic: Rule matching parameters that are valid only when the protocol is IP.

Description
Using the fr del protocol command, you can configure a protocol-based DE rule list.
Using the undo fr del protocol command, you can cancel the specified DE rule from
the DE rule list.
By default, no DE rule list is created.
After this command is configured, the DE flag bit of the Frame Relay packets compliant
with the specified rules will be set to 1.
You can use this command repeatedly to add new rules to a DE rule list. Each DE rule
