to access this page.
Use MONITOR/Alarms and click an item under Failure Objects to access this page.
Click an alarm square in the Alarm Monitor (lower left-hand side of the screen) and click a list item
under Rogue MAC Address to access this page.
This page allows you to view rogue access point radio information. Rogue access point radios are unau-
thorized access points detected by Alcatel OmniAccess Switch or Appliance.

Media Access Control address of the rogue access point.
Rogue access point manufacturer.
Type of rogue access point, for example AP or Ad-Hoc.
Whether or not this Rogue AP is on the same subnet as the OmniAccess
AP 1200 or 1250 or OmniAccess AP 1200R or 1250R.
Name of person to which this alarm is assigned.
Configurable state of this radio relative to the network or Alcatel
OmniAccess Switch or Appliance. Rogue access point radios will appear as
"Alert" when first scanned by the Alcatel OmniAccess Switch or Appliance,
or as "Pending" when Alcatel OmniAccess Operating System identification
is still underway.
Service Set Identifier being broadcast by the rogue access point radio.
This feature allows the administrator to target a rogue access point for
containment. An AP which is being contained will either not be able to
provide service at all, or will provide exceedingly slow service. There is a
level associated with the containment activity which indicates how many
OmniAccess AP Access Points to use in containing the threat. This service
must be initiated and halted by the administrator. Containment Type -
'Contained' if the rogue access point clients have been contained at
Level 1 through Level 4 under Update Status, otherwise "unassigned".
Whether or not this Rogue AP is on the same subnet as the OmniAccess
AP 1200 or 1250 or OmniAccess AP 1200R or 1250R.
Whether or not this Rogue AP is broadcasting on the 802.11a band.
Whether or not this Rogue AP is broadcasting on the 802.11b/g band.
