Step 4: Starting and Stopping an ACS Web Interface
Once you have ACS Software started as described in

If not already done, start the ACS Software as described in the

Launch an Internet Explorer 6.0 (or other Web Browser).

In the Web Browser address field, launch the ACS Web Interface by entering:
https://<localhost|ACS Software IP Address>
--or--
http://<localhost|ACS Software IP Address>
where https:// is a secure (http + Secure Sockets Layer) login, to which the ACS Software
usually returns a Security Alert message before continuing, and http:// is an unsecure login,
and where localhost is used when the ACS Web Interface is on the ACS Server, and where
ACS Software IP Address is the IP Address of the ACS Software on any other workstation.
Examples: http://localhost or https://176.89.43.44.
The ACS Web Interface displays the ACS Login page.

In the ACS Login window, enter the following:

User Name: Your username (default root).

Password: Your password (default public).

When you have made these entries in the ACS Login window, click Submit.
