config netuser add

To add a user to the local network, use the config netuser add command.
Note that the Standalone WPS Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless System described in About the Alcatel
OmniAccess Wireless System in the Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless Product Guide does not support
WLANs or netusers.
>config netuser add <username> <password> <WLAN ID>
