Note that the Standalone WPS Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless System described in About the Alcatel
OmniAccess Wireless System in the Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless Product Guide does not support this
command.
This page allows you to add a new template for 802.11a RRM Threshold parameters:
General
Template Name: User-defined name of this RRM template.
No of Switches Applied To (read only): Number of Alcatel OmniAccess Switches and Appliances
to which this parameter is applied.
Coverage Thresholds
Min Failed Clients (%): Minimum percentage of failed clients currently associated with the
Alcatel OmniAccess Switch or Appliance.
Min Failed Clients (#): Minimum number of failed clients currently associated with the Alcatel
OmniAccess Switch or Appliance.
Min SNR Level (dB): Minimum signal to noise ratio allowed.
Load Thresholds
Max Clients: Maximum number of clients currently associated with the Alcatel OmniAccess
Switch or Appliance.
RF Utilization (%): 802.11a or 802.11b/g RF utilization threshold between 0 and 100 percent.
Other Thresholds
Interference Threshold (%): 802.11a or 802.11b/g interference threshold between 0 and
100 percent.
Noise Threshold (dBm): Noise threshold between -127 and 0 dBm.

Configure 802.11a RRM Intervals > New Template
Use CONFIGURE/Templates and from the left sidebar menu, select 802.11a/RRM Intervals, under
select a command, choose Add Template to access this page.
Note that the Standalone WPS Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless System described in About the Alcatel
OmniAccess Wireless System in the Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless Product Guide does not support this
command.
This page allows you to add a new 802.11a RRM Intervals template:
Template Name: User-defined name of this template.
No. of Switches Applied To: Number of Alcatel OmniAccess Switches and Appliances to which
this template is applied (read only).
Signal Measurement Interval: The interval (in seconds) for strength measurements at each
OmniAccess AP 1200 or 1250. Default is 300 seconds.
Noise Measurement Interval: The interval (in seconds) for noise and interference measure-
ments at each OmniAccess AP 1200 or 1250. Default is 300 seconds.
