Configure MAC Filter Parameters

Use CONFIGURE/Switches, click an IP address under the IP Address column, then on the left sidebar
menu select Security/MAC Filtering to access this page.
Note that the Standalone WPS Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless System described in About the Alcatel
OmniAccess Wireless System in the Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless Product Guide does not support data
or voice clients.
This page allows you to view MAC Filter parameter information.

RADIUS Compatibility Mode: User-defined RADIUS server compatibility: Cisco ACS,
FreeRADIUS, or Other.
•
MAC Delimiter: The MAC delimiters can be Colon (xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx), Hyphen
(xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx), Single Hyphen (xxxxxx-xxxxxx), or No Delimiter (xxxxxxxxxxxx), as
required by the RADIUS server.

MAC Address: Client MAC address. Click to go to

WLAN ID: 1 through 16, 17 = Third-Party AP WLAN, or 0 = all WLANs.

Interface: Displays the associated Interface Name, as defined in the
Interface page.
•
Description: Displays an optional user-defined description.
Select a command
•
Add MAC Filter: Select this command and click GO. Refer to
> Add From Template.
•
Delete MAC Filters: Checkmark one or more templates, select this command and click GO to
delete the template(s).
•
Edit MAC Filter Parameters: Select this command and click GO. Refer to
MAC Filter Parameters.

Configure 802.11a Parameters Templates

Use CONFIGURE/Templates, and from the left sidebar menu select 802.11a/Parameters to access
this page.
Note that the Standalone WPS Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless System described in About the Alcatel
OmniAccess Wireless System in the Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless Product Guide does not support
802.11a parameters.
