Starting ACS Software as a Windows Service

When the ACS Software has been installed as a service, you can start the ACS Software service at any
time.
From the Windows START button, select the Programs menu, and select Alcatel
OmniAccess Control System 2.1/Start ACS Service.
The start ACS Software script opens a Start ACS Service DOS window, which displays the
following messages:
The Nms Server service is starting. .
The Nms Server service was started successfully.
Launching Server Status Window
The Start ACS Service window displays the ACS Server Status window. You can close the
Start ACS Service DOS window, and view the current ACS Software Service status in the ACS
Server Status window. When the Start ACS Service window displays the
message, the ACS Software service has started and is ready to host ACS Web Interfaces.
