CONFIGURE/TEMPLATES MENU BAR SELECTION

This menu bar selection provides access to the Alcatel OmniAccess Switch or Appliance templates
summary details. Use the selector area to access and configure the respective templates details.

Configure AP Template

Use CONFIGURE/Templates, then from the left sidebar menu select AP Templates to access this
page.
This page allows you to add a template of access point information that you can apply to one or more
OmniAccess AP Access Points.

Configure AP Template
Checkmark to select the parameter to apply to one or more OmniAccess
AP Access Points.
Optionally enter the OmniAccess AP 1200 or 1250 location.
Optionally enter the Primary Alcatel OmniAccess Switch or Appliance
name of the OmniAccess AP 1200 or 1250.
Optionally enter the OmniAccess AP 1200 or 1250 administrative status:
Checkmarked = Enabled, Blank = Disabled.
Optionally enter the state of the OmniAccess AP 1200 or 1250 Monitor
mode (monitor for rogue access points without allowing clients to
associate): either local, OmniAccess AP 1200R or 1250R or Monitor.
In order for Alcatel OmniAccess Remote Edge Access Points
Note:
(OmniAccess 1200R APs) to operate correctly, this parameter must be set
to OmniAccess AP 1200R or 1250R.
Optionally enter the collection period in seconds for OmniAccess AP 1200
or 1250 statistics.
Optionally Enable or Disable OmniAccess AP 1200 or 1250 Mirroring
mode, as described in the Alcatel OmniAccess Wireless Product Guide.
