Command Buttons

Place: Fixes the changes on the display.

OK: Saves the changes in the database.

Cancel: Cancels the operation.
Map Area Display
Use the blue rectangle to position the outdoor area graphic.
Configure <campus> > Edit Building <building>
Use MONITOR/Maps, then click a Campus item in the Name column, click a building name, then from
the Select a command pulldown, select Edit Building to access this page.
This page allows you to edit an existing building on an existing campus.
Building Identification Information
•
Name: The user-defined name of the building.
•
Contact: User-defined contact name.
•
Floors: The number of floors contained in the building.
•
Basements: The number of basements contained in the building.
•
Horizontal Position: Distance from the corner of the graphic rectangle to the left edge of the
campus map, in feet or meters.
•
Vertical Position: Distance from the corner of the graphic rectangle to the top edge of the
campus map, in feet or meters.
•
Horizontal Span: Horizontal measurement (left to right) of the graphic rectangle, in feet or
meters.
•
Vertical Span: Vertical measurement (up and down) of the graphic rectangle, in feet or meters.

To move the blue rectangle on the map, drag the blue rectangle to a desired new location on
