Switch IP: Alcatel OmniAccess Switch or Appliance IP addresses.

selector.

Use to zoom in or out on the map you are currently viewing.
Show Grid Checkbox
Click to have the ACS Web Interface display a regular grid across the current map. Clear the checkbox
to remove the grid.
Contributing APs Sidebar
When you are viewing the 802.11a or 802.11b RF Prediction Heat Map, you can select which Omni-
Access AP Access Points are included in the Heat Map display. In the sidebar area, select the
OmniAccess AP Access Points to include in and/or deselect the OmniAccess AP Access Points to exclude
from the RF coverage prediction. Then click the Refresh Heatmaps button to see the revised 802.11a
or 802.11b RF Prediction Heat Map.
Select a Command Pulldown
Use the Select a Command Pulldown menu to do the following:
Add Access Points: Click GO to display
Position APs: Click GO to display
Remove Access Points: Click GO to display
Edit Floor Area: Click GO to display
Delete Floor Area: Click GO to have the ACS Web Interface display the "Are you sure you want
to delete this Floor Area and move the contained APs, if any, to unassigned state?" prompt.
Click OK to delete the current Floor Area.
Recompute RF Prediction: Click GO to have the ACS Web Interface update the
<building> > <floor area>
Refresh from Network: Click GO to have the ACS Web Interface update the
<building> > <floor area>

Monitor Maps > <campus> > <outdoor area>
Use MONITOR/Maps, click an Outdoor Area name to view the outdoor area graphic.
This page allows you to view a map of the selected campus outdoor area.
Select a command: Select a command and click GO.
Add Access Points: Allows you to add access points to the outdoor area if any are available.
