ipv6 pim dr-priority priority
no ipv6 pim dr-priority
Command introduced in JunosE Release 10.0.0.
Assigns a priority for the interface to be selected as the designated router. An interface
with a higher priority value is preferred as a designated router over an interface with a
lower priority value. In Interface Configuration mode, the no version restores the value
that is specified in Router Configuration mode. If the designated router priority is not
specified in Router Configuration mode, then the default value of one is restored.
NOTE: You cannot configure the designated router priority on PIM dense mode
interfaces.
priority—Value in the range 1–254; default value is 1.
