Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
Defines how long the dial-out session stays in the dormant state waiting for a new trigger
after the associated L2TP outgoing call is ended. The no version set the dormant timer
to the default value, 300 seconds (5 minutes).
dormantTime—Range 0–3600 seconds
