DETECTING CONDITION
(DTC will set when detecting:)
No signal for 3 sec. during engine running
No reference signal during engine cranking or pulse
number of position signal is out of specification.
Excessive or insufficient EGR flow
Output waveforms of HO2S-1 and HO2S-2 are similar.
(Time from output voltage change of HO2S-1 to that of
HO2S-2 is shorter than specification.)
Purge control valve circuit is open or shorted to ground
Fuel level sensor circuit open (high voltage).
No signal while running in "D" range or during fuel cut at
decelerating
Difference between desired idle speed and actnal idle
speed continues to exceed specified valve for longer
than specified time.
Data write error (or check sum error) when written into
ECM
Manifold differential pressure sensor output voltage is
higher or lower than specified value (or sensor circuit
shorted to ground or open).
Barometric pressure is lower or higher than specification
(or sensor malfunction).
Difference between barometric pressure sensor valve
and calculated barometric pressure valve is larger than
specification.
Starter signal is not inputted from engine cranking till its
start and after or it is always inputted.
No backup power after starting engine.
No signal or check sum error while engine running
No "D" range signal (park / neutral position signal) is in-
putted while vehicle running.
