DLP-A324 Provision a VCAT Circuit Source and Destination
Find the Clock reference that is currently set to Manual or Force in the Operation menu.
Step 2
From the Operation drop-down list choose Clear.
Step 3
Click Apply.
Step 4
Click Yes in the confirmation dialog box. If the normal timing reference is an acceptable valid reference,

the node switches back to the normal timing reference as defined by the system configuration.
If the normal timing reference is invalid or has failed, a warning dialog box appears. Click OK; the

timing reference does not revert.
Return to your originating procedure (NTP).

From the Node drop-down list, choose the node where the circuit will originate.
Step 1
From the Slot drop-down list, choose the slot containing the CE-100T-8, ML-Series, or FC_MR-4 card
Step 2
where the circuit originates. (If a card's capacity is fully utilized, it does not appear in the list.)
Depending on the circuit origination card, choose the source port and/or STS and, if applicable, VT from
Step 3
the Port and STS drop-down lists. The Port drop-down list is only available if the card has multiple ports.
STSs do not appear if they are already in use by other circuits. VTs do not appear for STS-V circuits or
if they are already in use by other circuits.
Click Next.
Step 4
From the Node drop-down list, choose the destination node.
Step 5
From the Slot drop-down list, choose the slot containing the CE-100T-8, ML-Series, or FC_MR-4 card

where the circuit will terminate (destination card). (If a card's capacity is fully utilized, the card does
not appear in the list.)
