In Scan to URL, the HDD partition becomes full, and job failed.
Procedure
Try a job again when there is enough space in HDD.

E-mail was received using an unsupported encryption method.
Procedure
1) Ask the E-mail sender to use 3DES encryption method.
2) Turn off FIPS140 authentication mode.
