Procedure
Set NVM Read/Write location [790-389] to 0.

The controller has detected a failure at its cable connection with the UI.
Procedure
Turn the power OFF and ON
If the problem persists, perform the following:
1. Check the connection of the cable between the controller and UI.
2. Replace the cable.
