Use this command to enable the MAC VLAN function on the port in the interface
configuration mode.

Interface configuration mode.
The MAC VLAN entries configured globally won't take effect
on the port unless the MAC VLAN function is enabled on this
port.
The MAC VLAN function can be enabled on the hybrid port
only.
